Our Services:
All-Inclusive Package: (Monthly Fee / 119 EUR plus VAT)
This includes:
- 2 personal checks of your villa/finca/apartment per month
- Walkthrough and ventilation of all roomsEspecially in a very Mediterranean climate, regular ventilation and air circulation are very important.
- Checking all connections (gas, water, electricity, heating, air conditioning)
- Rest assured that we check the connections to protect you from unpleasant consequences.
- Flushing all sanitary facilities
- Avoid edges that can easily form due to prolonged non-use of faucets and toilets. It is also very important to flush the water pipes regularly to prevent germs and odors.
- Security check (for signs of break-in)
- It doesn’t always have to be a “successful” break-in. The attempt alone is annoying. We check to see if everything is okay…
- Emptying the mailbox
- Full mailboxes (also due to advertising) are not only annoying but also attract the attention of criminals…
- Plant watering
- It would be annoying if your plants didn’t “survive” your next stay. That’s why we take care of the indoor plants. We water outdoor plants as part of our garden service* (see below).
- General inspection
- Since the property is generally inspected, we get an overview of your safety!
On request:
- Interior cleaning ~1 EURper square meter of the property / travel fee12.50 EUR
- Final cleaning; for example, when changing your vacation guests or before your arrival or after your departure. We clean with sustainable cleaning agents to protect the environment and your equipment!
- Laundry service ~ price by arrangement or offer
- By individual arrangement, we also take care of the cleaning of bed linen or towels according to your wishes. So you and your guests have a fresh set of laundry.
- Special service ~25 EURper hour / travel fee12.50 EUR
- By special request and agreement, we perform deep cleaning and various special cleanings. This includes window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, or carpet cleaning. We clean with sustainable cleaning agents to protect the environment and your equipment!
- Caretaker service ~ price by arrangement or offer
- If needed, we take care of assigning and supervising your required caretaker tasks to a reliable partner.
- Check-In / Check-Out ~60 EUReach / travel fee12.50 EUR
- We take care of the key handover and welcoming your guests and give a short introduction if desired.
- Shopping service ~25 EURper hour / travel fee12.50 EUR
- Send us your shopping list shortly before your arrival, and we will stock your fridge. Shopping costs are billed separately with the corresponding receipt.
- Deliveries and reception ~ price by arrangement or offer
- We are happy to accept furniture deliveries, check craftsman services, transport, and much more on your behalf…
The mentioned prices are net prices plus legal VAT.
All work that we cannot carry out will be performed by a specialist company after consultation with our customers and billed separately.
